It draws its name from the fact that, yes, it really only has six tables. Guests are ushered into the dining room softened with candlelight, and seated at beautiful tables, accented with floral centerpieces, formally set with lace tablecloths, Fine china, gold linen and crystal stemware amid soft music and superb service.
Chef Sharon's carefully crafted creations tend to be a nice mix of continental, modern-fusion and French-influenced dishes.
The evening starts with fine champagne for all. Next, The delicate appetizer, just a wisp of sausage and fruit pinned together merged well with the lobster bisque--rich, thick and flavored with brandy. then, crisp salads are served with lavender bread. Before the entree is served, a tiny dish of light fruit sorbet is served to cleanse the palate. The entree is served, which is chosen from a variety the chef offers at the beginning of the meal. Next, poached pear, Stilton cheese and port wine. Finally, Dessert is served along with coffee, hot tea or espresso.
At $89.00 per person, the six course menu changes from day to day based upon the freshest ingredients available. Each Course is chosen carefully by Chef Sharon Maxwell and emphasizes the thoughtful style that has become synonymous with Six Tables.
